Anyone else not want to go to school after midterm?

A photo of EastSideBoyz EastSideBoyz
Well after tomorrow, all my midterm marks are going to entered into the mark book and shortly will receive the mid-term report card...
I just don't feel like going to classes on monday cause anything we do afterwards will not help me get into the uni of my choice..

Im not saying im going to let my average fall below 5 percent but i can see my top 6 average dropping a nice 3 percent because of procrastination and me just loafting lol

I feel ya, definitely.
I'm from BC so our marking system is a little different, but my marks that are sent to universities already came out mid-March..
so now I don't even feel like going.
I slack off quite a bit now, LOL..
Don't study as hard as I used to.. etcetc...

heck yah man! i just need to maintain an 80% so i get let my marks this semester drop to 75s cause i had an 85 avg last semester, and I already have 90s in all my classes for midterm this semester.

Now all I'm going to do is work a ton, work out and golf!

I haven't done work all week and I have a quiz tomorrow on something I haven't even looked at.

...But since it's past midterms not a single screw is given.

Not THAT kind of fun.
Unless you don't want to go to school next year and want your acceptances revoked.
Go out..
Party..
Get drunk.. but drink responsibly..
;)

I was accepted to my first choice months ago.

I've felt completely dead to going to school, which isn't a good thing.

I stopped trying in mid-January which is why my average went down 6%. hahaaaaaa and skipping a class a day probably doesn't help.

Whenever something academic goes horribly wrong (eg. failing a math test, watching my geography mark plummet 15% because I was too lazy to make a 3D model of a goddamn river system, etc), I simply shrug and say, "Oh well, I'll just go to the University of Victoria if I can't get in anywhere else."

I had a terrific burst of effort over the last two weeks to make sure I had my 95% for the PES. Now, I'm completely dead.

If somehow I can get an offer to Laurier, I will have to work my a$$ off just to keep it. I've been working so hard to get my marks up for midterms. I don't want to lose what offers I may get.

^Sounds like a lot of work.

sucks for people that have to maintain a 90+ average after midterm (not just cause of scholarships) but because their program requires it,,.
