bmos program question @ western!

A photo of speechless speechless
for those who applied to the bmos program at western (main campus)
there was a drop down box called major subject of interest on the ouac site,
where the options were "----", "consumer behavior" "economics" "human resources" ? something along those lines
i assumed "-----" was general and chose that instead of picking a subject (i didnt know for sure which to pick)

my friends' got early admissions already but they picked specific subjects. (my one friend picked consumer behavior)
i have the same average as her for gr.11+12 and i did not get an early acceptance offer
is it because i chose the "----" ("general") option and not a specific subject?

does anyone know if there is anything i should be concerned about or any differences between the two?

thanks!

No, don't worry!

Early admission is usually pretty random, and it has nothing do with what subject you picked.
