Bursary question?

A photo of dontknow dontknow
Hey! So my school counsellor told everyone to apply for bursaries (even if you're like, rich and employed) because you can get like $100 minimum over 4 years or something like that. So I was just wondering if that's true because my guidance counsellor is pretty much a crackhead, and I don't want to apply and them be all like 'yo get outta here you're not poor.'
Anybody know anything about this?
Thanks!

I've never heard of any bursary that says "hey just for applying you're guaranteed $100!" You'd have to ask them for specifics if that's true.

If the applications are not time-consuming, then apply. You never know. I heard that this one guy got a women's only bursary because no one applied for it :D

Then it's not a "women's only" bursary is it? Or he was hiding something...
