Okay so I have been accepted to McMaster for engineering, but for some stupid ass reason I didnt apply to co-op, is it possible for me to change to co-op before september?

I have also applied to Waterloo for Mechanical Engineer and i want to change to managment engineering, I am not accepted yet, is this possible?

If you're talking about changing it on OUAC..
I think once you get accepted into a program, you can't change it anymore.
But if you haven't been accepted yet, you can still change it.
I remember reading that on the OUAC website before..
but it does take a while to process, so if you change your program choice, it may delay your acceptance.
But your first year is general anyways, it's really during second year that you declare your "major," so the Waterloo thing shouldn't be a huge problem since you're still going to be in engineering.

Most schools start in the second year..
But I guess there can be exceptions at different schools.
