It's not necessarily which program is better, but which program *IS FOR YOU*. I highly suggest you research each of the three programs first by taking a look at Ryerson's website for description. In addition, make sure you understand the things you would do in the workplace if you're a, let's say, chemical engineer upon graduation. You'd be surprised how much each of the three programs differ especially in upper years. Find the one you would enjoy. Remember: nothing comes easy when you become an engineering student.

As for your marks, you have to improve your English. Get it up to 70%. Also, your chemistry mark is quite low, therefore you're chances in getting accepted to *chemical* engineering may be lower. Other than that maintain everything else.
