You guys all seem to be really stressed out about going to university...
(same with me)

Here are some tips that you can utilize to relax a sec to decrease your stress:

1) listen to ur favourite music ( a music that provides a little 'kick' for u)
2) take a bath/shower
3) write down ur plans and what ur stressed out about
4) talk to ur bff/parents/aunts/dog,etc.
5) write a diary of whats making u so mad/stressed out
6) run/work out
7) read
8) eat something delicious (something sweet/flavoury,etc)
9) sleep



I personally don't like the last one (cuz it makes u lazy) but...it might work!!!

A way to get rid of stress would be tapping on your pressure points on your head, it will allow you to get rid of stress.

Quiet hippie! So many people are stressed because they realize this is a big point in their lives, and they don't want to be failures. They should be stressed.

Just take a whole day off with friends, than slowly break down your stress and eventually face the conflict that made you stressed in the first place

For 3), I heard it works for exams too
10 min before an exam, you write down all the things that worry you, and apparently you'll do 5% better.
