Lol I think it'd work both ways.
Idunno, I'm a girl.. but I think I'd like to be on a co-ed floor.
I think it really depends on the type of person, it's different for everyone.
I'm the pretty out going outspoken kind of type, so co-ed would be something I enjoy.
Can't say the same for someone who is shy and quiet.

That's why they should avoid res.

Yes, drugs and more. Drugs, alcohol, assaults, rapes, loud noises at all hours - there is loads of criminal activity in residence that could be avoided by staying away from res.

Ignore ARMY. He's a troll.

Yes, there are people that drink in residence and yes, it can be loud. But there plenty of people the live in residence that don't drink or do drugs, there are RAs that ensure that it's quiet at night so people can sleep, and rapes and assaults in residence are almost unheard of.

And to answer the OP's question, it's really up to you and what you'd be more comfortable with. Personally, I would pick a co-ed floor because it would give me more opportunities to make friends of both sexes.

No, all universities' residences have the same problems, although some are more rampant in some more than others.

Excuse me? Such a racist, immature label is wrong and entirely inappropriate. I have never, nor will I ever troll.

Looks like someone needs to re-read the definition of trolling...

Troll

1b. Noun
A person who, on a message forum of some type, attacks and flames other members of the forum for any of a number of reasons such as rank, previous disagreements, sex, status, ect.
A troll usually flames threads without staying on topic, unlike a "Flamer" who flames a thread because he/she disagrees with the content of the thread.

I think army's a "flamer" not a troll

I believe a flamer or spammer can be categorized into the revised, broad definition of a troll - that is, a member who disobeys the rules of a forum. Double posts are a form of spam which is intollerable in the no fun zone.

Trolling and double-posting have nothing to do with one another?

No. I am neither. I am one of the best, hardest working, most committed members on these forums.
