Conditional Acceptance Average

What are the conditional acceptance averages based on?
Say I need an 82% average to keep my aceptance, is that average based on my top 6 grade 12 marks?

I'm going to assume this is about Laurier BBA because of the 82%, but yes you have to maintain an 82.0 or higher in order to keep your offer of admission and attend next fall. I'm not too sure about what happens if you slip below that mark in terms of summer school or a revoked offer, so work hard and keep the 82.0.

Edit: Yeah, your final grade 12 marks, top six must amount to that average. Why would you think otherwise? Those marks were the basis of your admittance.
