Hey guys I was wondering whether universities have the right to withdraw a conditional offer based on the 2nd semester midterm marks. Thanks

They do have the right to revoke it strictly speaking because the offer is conditional. Nevertheless, they usually don't unless things really go downhill in your 2nd semester. Just do what you've been doing till this point and you'll be fine; don't take your foot off the gas just because you think you're in.

Usually, they decided to keep you or let you go, after seeing your final marks.
