Do employers consider undergrad school when you have a Masters or PhD from a different grad school?

Hey I've got a really important question. I applied to McGill engineering, but I was wondering if I got my bachelor's from McGill and went to the best grad. school for Comp./Elec. Eng. in Canada and got a Masters or PhD, would the employer only look at your latest level of education (so your PhD) or would they also consider your undergraduate degree at McGill? I really need to know this because I was thinking of staying in Montreal with my family and then going to a better Uni. at grad. level. If anyone could help me I'd greatly appreciate it!

If it's on your resume/CV, then, yeah, they'll look at it. Will it be important? Very likely not.
