Do Universitities even look at finals?

Yeah they do. If they still have spots left, they will continue sending out offers in June. I know people who were below the admission cutoff prior to finals but were admitted after final marks came out.

Definitely. I know people who get acceptances in August. It does depend on the university though. They usually look at final marks, but it depends on how many times they decide to reevaluate your application.

They have to verify that people are still actually eligible for the program, of course they look at final marks! If people's averages fall below the admission average they revoke the offer which opens up spots in the program so people who reach the average with their finals can be offered acceptances. I wouldn't worry too much, just keep your marks high and your mind open!
