Finance: Schulich Vs. Wilfird Laurier

Which would present stronger opportunities in Finance (In Canada, Not US).
WLU has their co-op program, and I have heard good things about their placement with Canadian Banks with co-op

And Schulich has their reputation in Canada(not too sure about anywhere else).

So which would be better for a finance position (Banking or S&T)

Please do not turn this to an Ivey/Queens vs. All debate. I already know Ivey is tops so please keep this related to my question :)

S&t - Laurier Double Degree with Waterloo or any engineering program, period. There is 0.1% chance you can do legit S&T from schulichs OR Laurier alone.

But Laurier is good for banking if you can be like top 5-10% - all the big 5 banks hire from Laurier

From what I have heard, Schulich has the edge. I don't think it's huge, and as long as you put the effort in, it won't really matter where you go.

Unfortunately, the people usually involved in the Ivey/Queen's debates are the ones who want to go into finance, so that is all you might end up getting here, trashing Laurier's rep and such, claiming superiority in evrything.

I think Schulich is more well known, isn't it? At least in Canada it is.

1) DD
2) Schulich
3) WLU

Is probably a solid order of the best program for finance.
