Hey guys, this problem has been bugging me all day, can someone help me out?

In a contest, three students are asked to solve a problem. Their respective probabilities of solving the problem are 1/5, 1/4, and 1/3. What is the probability that at least one of them solves the problem?

answer is (highlight over this): 3/5

help would be much appreciated!!

indirect method
find the probability they all get it wrong and do 1 - that.
1 - P ( all wrong)
= 1 - (4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3)
= too lazy to get calculator

Can you not do that in your head?

= 1 - 24/60

= 1 - 2/5

= 3/5

= 0.6
