Honours vs no honours - health sciences

A photo of Comradeponov Comradeponov
Hey,

I'm really interested in university of Brock's health science program. However, it seems that the university offers Bachelor of Science (Health Sciences - Honours Only).

My question is, if I do go into honours, would it make it harder for me to acheive a higher GPA? would I for example recieve a lower GPA for doing the same amount of work on a non-honour program?

I don't think so, most science programs are Honours programs anyway nowadays (at Mac I don't think you can even choose to do a non-Honours science degree unless you're graduating in 3 years rather than 4). Usually the only difference is that you have to do a thesis/senior project in an Honours program (and for some programs you have to maintain a higher GPA to be able to achieve Honours status).
