Importance and Weighing of PSE/Supplementary for Acceptances

A photo of Anonymous Anonymous
I would like to know which of the following schools require a PSE or supplementary to be submitted before they are able to evaluate an applicant's application. This is for the BA program. I know that UBC-V and Queen's require it as I have already been informed about them. What about SFU, UWO, U of T, Waterloo, and McMaster? Additionally, how important is the PSE or supplementary towards an applicant's chances of acceptance compared to the person's grades? Does a strong PSE greatly increase chances of acceptance? I am worried because mine is very weak as I have a lack of extracurriculars, employment, and external school activities although my average is nearly 90%.
