Is it true that i should list UofT as first choice?

I heard if we don't, we lower the chances of getting accepted. I even heard we won't even be considered :$ My friend told me her guidance Councillor said so but this sounds stupid to me, someone confirm with me, please? Thanks !

No. It is not required. Placing a university as a 1st choice or a 10th choice does not matter and is only really used to generate information about admissions for a university (and can be found at CUDO)
