Is returning student the same as graduating student?

A photo of SilverSam SilverSam
I am a student that graduated in June of 2011, and am returning for an extra year of school, or the 'victory lap' as we like to call it. I want to apply for scholarships, but a requirement for some is that one must be a graduating student in grade 12. Because I am returning for another year and applying for university with the graduating students, would I still be legible for those scholarships? Would I still even be legible for scholarships for grade 12's at all?
