How come under my acceptance offer it has co-op and then a no beside it? I want to do co-op! Brocks has a yes beside it.

So everyone's has a no?

And why would Brocks have a yes already then?

Yes, everyone will have a no.

Brock will have a yes because you are guaranteed* to get co-op as long as you meet the marks requirement (I don't remember, something around 7 or 8 I think).

While it is "guaranteed" that you enter the co-op program if you meet the marks requirements, you still have to find a job. That isn't guaranteed. It's pretty tough to do and Brock doesn't exactly have stellar numbers.
