Do you know where this fits into things? Does it connect to the building in the link you provided?

I realize that it is just planned and might not end up being built btw

I believe the SBE building is the only thing to be built as of now, theyll need more funding to work on the walkway and the rest of it.

The estimated cost of the GIE project is $103 million. The Ontario provincial government announced a $72.6 million investment in the GIE on June 20, 2011 – the largest single capital investment in the university’s history.
Design and construction schedules are being finalized, and construction will commence before the end of the year.It is estimated that the construction process will take three years; estimated occupancy would therefore be 2014.

In terms of cost and size it is almost identical to Ivey's new building.
