Opinions about transferring (Kinesiology)

I'm a first year student at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. I finished my first semester with a 4.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale), and my living situation in Nova Scotia isn't looking as stable as I thought it was going to. I'm trying to decide if moving home to Ontario and attending a university like Western or Waterloo is a viable opinion, or if I should stay at Acadia (I also have an opportunity to do a co-op for the next few years)... I really am interested in coming home, but am really curious as to whether or not the programs at Western and Waterloo are 'worth' the move.

Oh dear. Hopefully that made sense.

Also: I'm thinking about something in the medical field once I'm done

Waterloo and Western are good schools for kinesiology. You should also consider York which has a very good kin program and offers many financial awards.

Agreed with @respects.
Check out the campus tours for both Waterloo and Western (the ones you prefer)
They are pretty different schools.

Med School requires that you take certain courses but I can't remember which
