Prerequisite Course VS. Top Four Provincially Examinable Courses?

A photo of Luan Luan
Hi there, I was looking through several university websites (U of T, Queen's and some other one) but couldn't find the answer to my question. If a program requires math (and about half of them do), then do you have to use your math mark in your top four provincially examinable courses, or can you submit your math mark only as a prerequisite and use other courses as your top four? Also, you have to submit English as one of them, right? I feel like such a rookie lol. But right now I'm quite stressed out about this. Thanks in advance.
