Queens Commerce-No Solus centre in my Palette?

I was just trying to check my solus student centre this morning but there isn't even a solus student centre link. there is no home tab nothing just the Palette ..and I also got this on my mail section..I have logged in and out like 10 times now and I get the same thing..

After you log into myqueens, it's on the top, right-hand side. It says SOLUS, you just click that and you're in :)

yea it started working again after like 20 tries lol...still not it in yet...
