I was wondering how business programs react to upgraded Math courses? Do they accept repeated courses or not?

Some universities will just take the highest mark, while some will take the average.

At Queen's it's the average.

Wherever humans are involved, there will be bias and that's life. If the shcool says they take the highest mark, that's great. They may still be able to see the old mark though.

Your best bet is to re-take and do really well, and make sure your other marks are excellent. They'll chalk it up to a 1-time thing.
