switch from UT science to arts?

A photo of Du312 Du312
I applied to UTSG life sci and haven't gotten in yet
not surprised since my top 6 average is 83.5 (btw do they round at all?)
anyway for personal reasons I really need to get in the ST.GEORGE campus

I was wondering if I CHANGE MY APP FROM SCIENCE TO ARTS (and then I plan to change program if possible), will my chance be MUCH HIGHER?
OR would it be TOO LATE and DECREASE my chance for that all the spots are already taken?

ps. just out of curiosity, is psychology (BSC, i know, a useless program) easier than other majors to get in within life sci?
if you know, around what time would the last batch of admission be sent?

thanks in advance

Go and phone them, i requested a campus transfer a month ago and needed to write 2 letters. And they do not round i dont think. Sciences are usually harder to get in than arts.

Honestly, I think 83.5 is sufficient enough to get you into Sciences.
You'll probably get an acceptance near the end though.
But if Arts interests you more, then go for it.
