U of T St. George Colleges?

A photo of alexep alexep
So, what should I be thinking about when choosing a college? I've been reading a lot of things online, but it's only for people who want to live in their residences. I'm staying at home. Why should I choose one over another? Is this an important choice or is it pretty much the same thing? Will I have classes in different buildings depending on the college I choose?

EDIT: I'm going to Humanities (History), if that matters.
Oh, and I should say that I'm completely lost, I'm not Canadian and I got really surprised when I knew I had to choose between different colleges.

As long as you don't choose St. Mike's you'll be fine.

Exactly as thought, then, more a matter of rivalry than anything else, right? I think I'm going to choose the college based on architecture and looks...

My choices on OUAC:

1. Trinity
2. Victoria
3. Don't remember... I'm fairly confident I'll get accepted to trin or vic.

GUYS BTW. Trin and Vic (and Innis) won't look at your app unless you rank them top, so really you shouldn't bother putting more than one of those in your top choices.

Well St. Mike's has the best social scene and best college spirit.
I'm at St. Mike's and it's awesome. Many of my friends are at different colleges, yet they all hang out at St. Mike's, go to St. Mike's events, etc rather than their own colleges. Some even left their own college's frosh to join ours. Of course, everything is subjective. I love being part of SMC.
