I checked out both of the schools website, their requirements are similar in which you must have a set amount of grade 12 courses (Maths and sciences are the basics) and that your average be at least 70%. So with your grades, it looks pretty good

you should be fine, you need a minimum of at least 70% in each of you required courses and have between an 80-85% average, from what i know.
