Waterloo CS

I'm looking at the main Waterloo site right now and apparently physics isn't a prerequisite for the program. However on careercruising, it states that I must have grade 12 physics to be eligible for CS at Waterloo. Can someone clarify this for me?

1st year CS courses don't have pre-requisites. I would not trust career-cruising on that. lol

The page you should be looking at is here:

http://www.findoutmore.uwaterloo.ca/programs/Computer%20Science

As you can see, there is zero physics requirement. Trust the UWaterloo website, not an outside source.

Also, re: the recommended CS course, it's definitely not necessary. So don't worry about taking CS courses in high school either.
