Take your pick. :)

I personally really love UVic.
Have you been accepted anywhere?

I like whichever one has bunnies. Is that UVic?

Yes. Soo many bunnies. Although, if you like squirrels, UBC has lots of those...just sayin'.

Wait until April for acceptance at UBC, I think the same for SFU also!

SFU has the best fog around. True story.

^^ Depends what program you are going into and what you're looking for in a school.

UBC is really large, so there's the whole big class vs smaller class argument.
That being said, program wise, I wouldn't go to UVic for something like engineering. I'd choose SFU.
UVic is perfectly fine for something like business, however, and definitely perfect for the first couple general years if you don't want to go into a specialized program yet where the courses are easily transferable.
All 3 are decent schools and you'll be able to find a job with education from either. UBC is probably the best known globally.

UVic and SFU are both good schools, yes. But 90% of UBC's programs are better than their UVic and SFU counterparts.

I'm from a suburb from Vancouver and at my school, we all have some common perceptions of these three universities. The smart kids go to UBC. The mediocre go to SFU. UVic? Who goes to UVic?

^^ That's because you live in Vancouver lol. If I did I wouldn't give UVic a chance over the closer SFU and UBC. UVic is a decent option for us island kids though, and closer.

I also live in a suburb of UBC, and SFU is known as the school for UBC rejects while UVic is for partying hippies.

I would choose SFU and UVic, but only because of the strength of their Arts/Social Science programs, especially at the graduate level. And SFU is right up there with UBC in terms of research, while having lower tuition fees and bigger scholarships.

^^ +1. Alot of people don't realize how well regarded SFU's programs are. Same with UVic. It's easy to get sucked into stereotypes. If you can stand the SFU campus, I'd go there over UBC.

Neither of the campuses are that attractive. But SFU is hideous when it's snowing or raining.

SFU looks like a jail in the winter. I think UVic and UBC are actually quite pretty.
I'm applying to all three, but UVic is probably the one i'm most interested in. SFU and UBC are too close to home. I'm also applying to UBCO because I think I have a better chance of getting in.

Yeah, SFU kinda feels like a place that would suck out your soul in the winter. The Surrey campus is better haha. Still not as great as UBC or UVic. I LOVE UVic's campus. So gorgeous. Uvic is easy to get into. My gr 11 average was 89%. I self-reported and my conditional offer is 67%. It's laughable.

How can you love SFU Surrey campus when it is in the mall???
I can't stand it! It feels so ghetto!
I went there studying a couple of times and I could concentrate on studying only after 9pm. It was a bit noisy and didn't feel right that I was studying 30 feet above the foot court.

Victoria is university town. Party life at Uvic is "legendary". I took ferry and went on a couple of their parties. I loved the atmosphere there.
Same with UBC - Vancouver. It is located on the peninsula and is almost like its own city. University is 20 minutes away from most of the downtown night clubs.

It depends who you chill with. Yes many asians go to UBC but it doesnt mean that there is no party life at all.
Even asian kids with have their own parties (getting drunk from bubble tea and getting high from WoW).

Probably. I have a brother and a few friends who go there and they all agree on what I just wrote though.
