I don't quite understand how the college thing works. Would I make my top choice when applying on my OUAC application? I didn't see the option there..

Engineers don't have to pick a college, just arts and science people

Nope, they can still live in one of the colleges, but they don't have anything to do with the college as a whole pretty much

however, I do know some engineers (and music students etc.) who have become involved with student life at their college of residence even if they're not "officially" a part of it. we <3 our tringineers.
