If I were going to attend university for law, how would I go about it? I'm currently a grade 12 student considering this field. Thanks

University GUIDANCE needed please help! CALLING ALL YCONIC MEMBERS!
Hi to all of the members on Yconic. I am currently in grade 11, attending a semestered school. I have spoken to numerous guidance councillors at my school and need some help as their guidance is COMPLETELY USELESS.
I have a strong interest in chemistry and business. I like the idea of becoming a pharmacist, doctor or investment banker. I am applying to university in grade 12 and really could use some advice. I do not want to pursue university and graduate with a BA, in which will leave me hanging in the longrun. Do you think I should go for a Bachelor of Science and hopefully get in to med school? Or go for a more secured option and attend a business school and get a corporate job?
Please let me know what you think I should do in accordance to my current grades which I will list below. Thank you so much. I really need some guidance ASAP as my school has none to offer.

SEMESTER 1 (FINAL GRADES)
GRADE 11 CHEMISTRY- 86
GRADE 11 PHYSICS- 80
GRADE 11 PERSONAL TRAINING-95
GRADE 11 ENGLISH- 87

SEMESTER 2 (MIDTERMS)
GRADE 12 BUSINESS LEADERSHIP- 84
GRADE 12 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS- 86
GRADE 11 BIOLOGY- 75
GRADE 11 FUNCTIONS (ACADEMIC)-65
TOTAL AVERAGE: 82.25
P.S Im currently enrolled for summer school gr 12 english and gr 12 advanced functions
Thank you so much for reading this! I am really lacking some guidance.

Hello everyone as the title stated, I would like to have a new laptop for y post secondary education. I have been browsing different models and puzzled by all the options. Right now, I am using ASUS S56C... and it only lasts for 4 hours (without internal browsing) ....

So here's some specs I would like to have in my future laptop, and hopefully tech gurus can help me  :)

MUST HAVE:
1. Long lasting battery (at least 6 hours, the more the better , if possible)
2. Graphic Card
3. Intel i7
4. HDMI
5. DVD drive
6. Window Operation (I still don't know how to use Apple laptops)
7. At least 8 GB memory
8. 3+ USB Ports and 1+ USB-C port(s)
9. 256 GB+ Hard drive
10. 17" screen
11. Bluetooth

May have:
1. Touchscreen

3. Glowing keyboard (cuz I think this is cool but it's not necessary at all)

Major usage:
1. Normal tasks (PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Excel)
2. Video editing (Premiere Pro - it freezes when I use my current laptop)
3. Photoshop
4. Tons of internet browsing at the same time (can up to 100 pages at the same time)

Recommended courses for criminology? AT least six
Im am currently in grade 11 in Ontario. I will most likely plan to apply to York or UofT for criminology. What are some recommended courses to take besides English? Also are there better university options for this program?

Law hopefuls
A lot of law threads recently

1. Top 3 programs? For me Western AEO, UTSC Poli Sci (I live really close), York Poli Sci

2. Why do you want to practice law? For me I have a couple lawyers in the family and I like the philosophy behind it?

3. How sure are you about law/an arts degree? 70% for me I still am taking the 3 sciences and 3 maths so anything is possible.

Why do so many black women go into law now?
I guess I was a little curious about law school so I started researching it online and I found 90% of the youtube videos were black women vloging about their experience in law school.
